2008 - The Year The World Goes Mobile!
In 2008, the human race will change as we acquire ever more than advanced mobile telephones and mobile broadband.
Mobile telephones in 2008
Let's return a expression in the charming crystal ball of mobile goodies, to see exactly what the human race of mobile telephones have in shop for us in 2008. First up is what is certain to be Nokia's large telephone of the year, the super-shiny N96. Built on the Symbian platform, it packs in 5 megapixel camera, built in GPS, a brilliant music participant and amazing gambling options never before seen on mobile phones. Any manner you look at it, it will rock. Hot on its heels, though, will be a serious rival for the most-anticipated mobile telephone ever, because owed out later in the twelvemonth is the all-new, 3G version of the Apple iPhone (which, frankly, is the version they should've released first clip round...) Samsung and LG are going to be representing the Korean contingent, with the U900 Soul and the KF600 Venus respectively. Oh, and LG are rumoured to be releasing a Google Android-powered telephone this year, and if they do, it will, without a doubt, be stunning.
But the existent anticipation, this year, is for a couple of French telephones that Sony Ericsson are owed to be bringing out. For the American market, and for concern users unit of ammunition the human race is the Sony Ericsson X1 Xperia, which packs 3 megapixel camera, GPS, full QWERTY keyboard and the up-to-the-minute Windows Mobile River interface, into a sleek, nearly all metal body. Sitting alongside it is the Symbian-powered mobile telephone that is put to be the single most of import telephone this year; the glorious, arresting Sony Ericsson P5. Details on it are unelaborated at the minute, but given what we do cognize (5MP camera, GPS, full touchscreen interface, HSDPA, Google Maps), it's going to be one of, if not the mobile telephone of the year!
Mobile broadband takes over the human race in 2008
While the warfare of the mobile telephones wages, another, potentially more than of import warfare is being waged, and it's over how we entree the internet. Because it's looking like the statute title of this article is true. This year, the human race is going mobile, and mobile broadband is going to be the thing that brands it happen!
And it's so deceptively simple too, because mobile broadband is, as the name suggests, broadband while you're mobile. In other words, it's the cyberspace (and yes, I intend the full internet, not some wishy-washy, rubbishy, mobile version of the internet) wherever and whenever you are. So, believe of it as the velocity and flexibleness of a broadband bundle with the portability of mobile phones. And the thing is... a certain company we've mentioned already are bringing out a USB Modem, to allow you acquire mobile broadband on your laptop. That's right, Sony Ericsson. At this rate, it's entirely practicable that with merchandises like these, Sony Ericsson will govern the world!
Personally, I can't wait!
